The election season will continue after Nov 5 into the Consolidated Election of 2025 when we will elect our local officials. Not only is it important that you vote in the Consolidated Election, but it is also important that we have good quality candidates from which to choose.

The League of Women Voters of Evanston (LWVE) announces a candidate forum for the Illinois House of Representatives District 17 and 57 races in the upcoming November 5, 2024 election.

The forum is scheduled for
Tuesday, October 8 from 7:00-8:30 pm.

The participating candidates for District 17 are Jim Gelderman (R) and Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz (D). The participating candidates for District 57 are Daniel Behr (R) and Tracy Katz Muhl (D).
